Making A Purchase Making a purchase could not be easier. Just browse our Catalog, and click on any items that you wish to buy and put them into the shopping cart. After you have finished your selection, click on "Order" and you will be asked for a few details that we need to be able to satisfy the order.

We accept credit card payment. If you are shopping from outside the UK, your credit card company will convert the transaction to your own currency. The currency conversion to US dollars is only approximate and is subject to market fluctuations.

We accept Visa, Switch and Mastercard. We do not charge for any item until it is ready to ship. Backordered items are not charged until they are shipped. You may send your credit card information via phone, fax, snail mail or over the Internet.

Shipping And Handling All UK orders wiil be subject to a flat postage and packing charge of £5 for first class recorded delivery and £10 for next day delivery except small items under 250grams which are £2.95 for first class and £5.95 for next day. Should you choose the flat charge for a small item we will reduce the postage accordingly. Please note that we will automatically charge an extra £10 for saddlecloths posted abroad and items such as Konig boots can cost up to £60 to send abroad.

This is charged automatically when you order.

Delivery Schedule We will normally send your order to you in 3 business days . International orders are generally received in under 15 days. We send all items recorded delivery so that they can be traced, but can not be held responsible for items lost or damaged in transit.

Note that a you may select a bridle that has to be made especially for you. This can take up to 8 weeks.

Back Orders If your item is not in stock, we will order for you. You will always be emailed with a delivery date, normally within 30 days when you will have the option to cancel your order if you would rather not wait.

Tax Charges For orders made from the UK or the European Union, 17.5% VAT is added. All other orders are VAT free and you should click the exempt button to reduce VAT to zero . In our catalogue all prices are shown in bold first are excluding vat and are followed by the price including vat.

Credit Card Security We know of no documented cases of credit card fraud using our shopping system over the Internet. All credit card numbers are encrypted in the software when the order is placed using 128 bit encryption. They are only decrypted after they reach our computer. They are not held in clear text on any web site.

Returns Policy Goods are supplied to you on unconditional approval. If they do not meet with your requirement, we will undertake to replace the item or refund the cost (less postage). Returned goods must be unsoiled and unused, and in a resaleable condition. Bridles will be subject to a 20% restocking charge if returned marked so try on without buckling straps!
Goods will not be refunded if not returned within 21 days. We strongly suggest a Certificate of Posting is obtained as this allows us to claim should the goods be lost or damaged in transit.
