Making A Purchase

Making a purchase could not be easier. Just browse our Catalog, and click on any items that you wish to buy and put them into the shopping cart. After you have finished your selection, click on "Order" and you will be asked for a few details that we need to be able to satisfy the order.

We accept credit card payment. If you are shopping from outside the UK, your credit card company will convert the transaction to your own currency. The currency conversion to US dollars is only approximate and is subject to market fluctuations.

We accept Visa, Switch and Mastercard. We do not charge for any item until it is ready to ship. Backordered items are not charged until they are shipped. You may send your credit card information via phone, fax, snail mail or over the Internet.

Shipping And Handling

UK

All UK orders wiil be subject to a flat postage and packing charge of £5 (including VAT) for first class recorded delivery and £10 (including VAT) for next day delivery.

Note: Certain, single small items will be charged at £3 for first class and £6 for next day.

Ireland, Isle of Man and Channel Islands

• £12 postage charge

Europe

• Goods up to and including £50 - £10 (including VAT) postage charge
• Goods over £50 - £15 (including VAT) postage charge

USA/ Canada

• Goods up to and including £50 - £10 postage charge
• Goods £50 to £100 £13.50 postage charge
• Goods £100 to £150 £17.00 postage charge
• Goods £150 upwards £20.50 postage charge

Rest of World

• Goods up to and including £50 £15 postage charge
• Goods £50 to £100 £19 postage charge
• Goods £100 to £150 £23 postage charge
• Goods £150 upwards £27 postage charge

Please note that we will automatically charge an extra £10 for saddlecloths posted abroad and items such as Konig boots can cost up to £60 to send abroad.

Delivery Schedule

We will normally send your order to you in 3 business days . International orders are generally received in under 15 days. We send all international items recorded delivery so that they can be traced, but can not be held responsible for items lost or damaged in transit.

Note that if you select a bridle that has to be made especially for you. This can take up to 8 weeks.

Back Orders

If your item is not in stock, we will order for you. You will always be emailed with a delivery date, normally within 30 days when you will have the option to cancel your order if you would rather not wait.

Tax Charges

For orders made from the UK or the European Union, 17.5% VAT is added. All other orders are VAT free and you should click the exempt button to reduce VAT to zero . In our catalogue all prices are shown in bold first are excluding vat and are followed by the price including vat.

Credit Card Security

Payments made online are taken via SagePay. We will never see your bank or credit card details when you pay online.

Returns Policy

Goods are supplied to you on unconditional approval. If they do not meet with your requirement, we will undertake to replace the item or refund the cost (less postage). Returned goods must be unsoiled and unused, and in a resaleable condition. Bridles will be subject to a 20% restocking charge if returned marked so try on without buckling straps! Any other special orders that are not easily resaleable eg unusual Mattes sheepskin coloured products will also be subject to a 20% restocking charge.

Goods will not be refunded if not returned within 21 days. We strongly suggest a Certificate of Posting is obtained as this allows us to claim should the goods be lost or damaged in transit.
